| 中医系统整体观是中医理论的基本世界观。代谢综合征(MetS)是一组复杂的多因素聚集出现的严重危及机体健康的临床症候群。目前西医临床治疗多是针对其中的单一因素进行干预,没有多靶点起效的干预措施。本文探讨中医整体观在代谢综合征的病因、病机、辨证、中医治疗等方面的运用,希望为代谢综合征的治疗提供新的治疗思路。 |

| The Systematic and holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is the basic world view of TCM theory.Metabolic syndrome(MetS)is a complex and multi-factor clinical syndromes that seriously endanger the human body's health and collectively emerge.At present，Western medicine clinical treatment is mostly aimed at a single factor intervention，rather than multi-target intervention measures.In this paper，it is discussed that the application of the holistic view of TCM in the etiology，pathogenesis，syndrome differentiation and treatment of metabolic syndrome to provide new treatment ideas for the treatment of metabolic syndrome. |
