      目的:观察复方七芍降压片在调节血压时对血清炎症介质和血管组织学的影响。方法:采用自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)为实验对象,Wistar-kyoto大鼠(WKY)为实验对照,以灌胃方式给予复方七芍降压片和厄贝沙坦。使用嘌呤受体P2Y6抑制剂MRS2578干预炎症反应信号的传递,检测不同处理下大鼠的血压,炎症介质TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β的表达,以及血管结构。结果:复方七芍降压片可以显著地降低大鼠血压。结果表明,复方七芍降压片可以显著地降低血清中TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β等炎症介质的含量。HE染色结果显示复方七芍降压片显著地促进血管结构恢复正常。结论:复方七芍降压片抑制了炎症介质的表达,促进了血管恢复。复方七芍降压片降低血压的功效可能与抑制炎症反应促进血管恢复有关。
English Summary:
      To observe the effect of Fufangqishao anti-hypertension tablets(FHT)on inflammatory factors in serum and vascular Histology.Methods:The spontaneous hypertensive rats(SHR)were used as the experimental model,Wistar Kyoto rats were used as the control.FHT and Irbesartan were given by gavage.Purinoceptor P2Y6 inhibitor MRS2578 was used to interfere with the transmission of inflammatory response signals.The blood pressure,the expression of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1 β and the vascular histology of rats under different treatments were measured.Results:FHT can significantly reduce the blood pressure of rats under different disposal.ELISA results showed that FHT can significantly reduce the content of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1 β in serum.HE staining showed that FHT significantly promoted the recovery of vascular structure in rats.Conclusion:FHT inhibited the expression of inflammatory factors and promote the recovery of blood vessels.The effect of FHT may be related to inhibiting inflammatory reaction and promoting vascular recovery.
