      弱精子症以精子活动力低下为主要表现,在男性不育中占有相当大的比例。而线粒体作为精子的供能中心,能够通过氧化磷酸化将葡萄糖等代谢底物转化为ATP,供应精子运动,所以线粒体能量代谢功能与精子活动力关系密切。通过研究分析近年的相关文献,发现精子代谢功能受损多与呼吸链复合体活性下降、线粒体膜电位(MMP)降低、mtDNA的改变及活性氧(ROS)对线粒体造成破坏等因素有关,并且中医药对弱精子症的治疗也与其能改善线粒体能量代谢有关。
English Summary:
      Asthenospermia is characterized by low sperm motility,which accounts for a large proportion of male infertility.As the energy supply center of sperm,mitochondria can transform glucose and other metabolic substrates into ATP through oxidative phosphorylation,which supplies sperm movement.Therefore,mitochondrial energy metabolism function is closely related to sperm motility.Through the research and analysis of the relevant literature in recent years,it is found that the damage of sperm metabolism is mainly related to the decline of respiratory chain complex activity,the decrease of MMP,the change of mtDNA and the damage of ROS to mitochondria,and the treatment of asthenospermia by traditional Chinese medicine is also related to the improvement of mitochondrial energy metabolism.
