2019年发布的《关于促进中医药传承创新发展的意见》中指出要彰显中医药在疾病治疗中的优势，聚焦癌症、感染性疾病、糖尿病、心脑血管病、抗生素耐药等问题，开展中西医协同攻关，到2022年形成并推广50个左右中西医结合诊疗方案。新修订的《中国艾滋病诊疗指南（2018版）》中指出，成年人及青少年确诊的HIV感染者，建议立即进行抗反转录病毒治疗，目前在抑制病毒复制，改善免疫系统功能方面取得了良好的效果，但是也存在耐药、不良反应、依从性等问题。中医药具有独特的理论体系，经过30余年的研究，在防治艾滋病方面形成了自己的特色和优势。在新形势下，充分利用中医药治疗艾滋病的优势，中西医结合防治艾滋病。

In Opinions on Promoting the Inheritance and Innovation of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)issued in 2019，it was pointed out that the advantages of TCM in disease treatment should be highlighted，focusing on cancer，infectious diseases，diabetes，cardio cerebrovascular diseases，antibiotic resistance and other issues，and carrying out coordinated research of TCM and Western medicine to form and promote about 50 integrated diagnosis and treatment schemes by 2022.The newly revised China AIDS Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines(2018 Edition)pointed out that adults and adolescents who have been diagnosed with HIV should be treated with antiretroviral therapy immediately.At present，it has achieved good results in inhibiting virus replication and improving immune system function，but there are also problems such as drug resistance，adverse reactions and compliance.With its unique theoretical system，TCM has formed its own characteristics and advantages in the prevention and treatment of AIDS after more than 30 years of research.In the new situation，the advantages of TCM in the treatment of AIDS should be made full use of and combined with western medicine to prevent and treat AIDS.
