| 在中医学中没有对血管性痴呆的确切记录，但散见在“文痴”“呆病”“痴呆”“善忘”等难治病范畴中。该病病变过程复杂多变，或从虚致病，或虚实夹杂。中医治疗血管性痴呆既从整体出发，又着眼于局部，达到辨病与辨证相结合。从病因病机、辨证分型、中药治疗、针灸治疗等方面论述该病的中医研究，为临床更好治疗该病提供理论依据。 |

| In traditional medicine，there is no exact record of vascular dementia(VD)，but it is scattered in the categories of “literary infatuation”“dementia”“dementia”“forgetfulness” and other refractory diseases.The pathological process of the disease is complex and changeable，either from deficiency to disease or from deficiency to excess.The treatment of VD in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)not only starts from the whole，but also focuses on the local，so as to achieve the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation.This paper discusses the TCM research of this disease from the aspects of etiology，pathogenesis，syndrome differentiation，TCM treatment，acupuncture treatment，etc.，in order to provide an objective theoretical basis for better clinical treatment of this disease. |
