| 目的：系统评价针药联合治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的疗效。方法：检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase、中国学术期刊数据库（China Science Periodical Database，CSPD）、国家知识基础设施数据库（China National Knowledge Infrastructure，CNKI）、中文科技期刊数据库（Chinese Citation Database，CCD）、中国生物医学文献（China Biology Medicine，CBM）等数据库关于针药联合治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的随机对照试验（RCT），检索时间为2000年1月至2020年1月。由2名研究者独立筛选文献并进行质量评价后，使用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果：共检索到858篇文献，最终纳入14项RCT，其中包括962例患者。Meta分析显示，针药联合治疗早发性卵巢功能不全有效率高于单纯西药治疗（RR=1.16,95%CI为1.09～1.24,P<0.000 01）。针药联合治疗早发性卵巢功能不全患者血清FSH水平优于单纯西药治疗（SMD=-0.82,95%CI为-1.25～-0.40）,P<0.000 01）。结论：针药联合治疗早发性卵巢功能不全比单独使用西药具有更好的临床疗效。但由于纳入研究的文献质量偏低，该结论还有待更多高质量大样本RCT验证。 |

| To systematically evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicinal for premature ovarian insufficiency.Methods:PubMed，Cochrane Library，Embase，CSPD，CNKI and CCD，CBM databases were searched by computer to collect randomized controlled trials(RCT) on acupuncture combined with Chinese medicinal for premature ovarian insufficiency from January 2000 to January 2020.Meta-analysis was performed by using RevMan 5.3 software after 2 researchers independently screened literature and assessed the quality.Results:A total of 858 papers were retrieved，and 14 RCTs were finally included including 962 patients.Meta-analysis results showed that the efficiency of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicinal for premature ovarian insufficiency was better than that of Western medicine alone [RR = 1.16，95%CI(1.09 to 1.24)，P<0.000 01].The combination of acupuncture and Chinese medicinal for the treatment of patients with premature ovarian insufficiency was superior to Western medicine alone [SMD =-0.82，95%CI(-1.25 to -0.40)，P<0.000 01] Conclusion:According to existing domestic research，acupuncture combined with Chinese medicinal for premature ovarian insufficiency has better clinical efficacy than Western medicine alone.However，due to the low quality of the literature included in the study，this conclusion needs to be verified by more high-quality large sample RCTs. |
