| 目的：探讨扶正祛邪方联合更昔洛韦对病毒性脑炎患者的应用价值。方法：选取2017年12月至2020年9月北京水利医院收治的病毒性脑炎患者142例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组71例。对照组采用更昔洛韦治疗，观察组采用扶正祛邪方联合更昔洛韦治疗，比照2组临床症状持续时间、血清中神经元烯醇化酶（NSE）、S-100β蛋白、白细胞介素6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）的表达，以及脑电图检查结果和脑血流等指标的变化。结果：观察组临床症状持续时间显著短于对照组，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗前，2组患者血清中NSE、S-100β、IL-6、TNF-α水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，观察组血清中NSE、S-100β、IL-6、TNF-α水平显著低于对照组，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组脑电图检查结果显示1级发生率显著高于对照组，2级、3级、4级发生率显著低于对照组，2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗前，2组VS、Vm、PI水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后，观察组VS、Vm、PI水平显著低于对照组，2组比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：扶正祛邪方联合更昔洛韦治疗，能够显著缩短病毒性脑炎患者发热、头晕头疼、呕吐等症状的持续时间，减轻局部炎症反应，维持患者机体免疫功能平衡，改善脑血流状态，值得推广。 |

| To explore the application value of Fuzheng Quxie Formula combined with ganciclovir in patients with viral encephalitis.Methods:A total of 142 patients with viral encephalitis admitted to Beijing Water Conservancy Hospital from December 2017 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects，and were divided into a control group and an observation group with 71 cases in each group.The control group was treated with gentelovir，and the observation group was treated with Fuzheng Quxie Decoction combined with gentelovir.The duration of symptoms，serum neuron enolase(NSE)，S-100β protein，interleukin 6(IL-6)，and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) expression，EEG examination results and cerebral blood flow indicators were compared between the 2 groups.Results:The duration of clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment，the serum levels of NSE，S-100β，IL-6，and TNF-α were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment，the serum levels of NSE，S-100β，IL-6，and TNF-α in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group，with significant differences(P<0.05).The observation group's electrogram examination level 1 was significantly higher than the control group，and the levels 2，3，and 4 were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment，there was no significant difference in the levels of VS，Vm，and PI between the 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment，the levels of VS，Vm and PI in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group，and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng Quxie Formula combined with gentelovir can significantly shorten the duration of fever，dizziness，headache，vomiting and other symptoms in patients with viral encephalitis，reduce local inflammatory reaction，maintain the balance of immune function of the patient's body and improve the state of cerebral blood flow，which is worthy of promotion. |
