| 目的：探讨真武汤加减联合艾灸治疗肾阳虚型变异性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法：选取2017年1月至2019年3月佛山市中医院收治的肾阳虚型变应性鼻炎患者132例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组，每组66例，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在此基础上加用真武汤加减联合艾灸治疗，疗程为4周。比较2组的临床疗效、中医证候积分、鼻炎症状评分、鼻结膜炎生命质量调查问卷（RQLQ）、血清白细胞介素-2（IL-2）、白细胞介素-4（IL-4）、白细胞介素-5（IL-5）、白细胞介素-10（IL-10）、白细胞介素-17（IL-17）、γ干扰素（IFN-γ）、免疫球蛋白（IgE）、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+水平和鼻腔黏膜分泌物嗜酸性粒细胞（EOS）计数。结果：治疗后，观察组的总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）；2组的中医证候积分、鼻炎症状评分、RQLQ评分及IL-4、IL-5、IL-17、IgE、CD8+、EOS计数均较治疗前降低，且观察组低于对照组（均P<0.05）；2组的IL-2、IL-10、IFN-γ、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平均较治疗前升高，且观察组高于对照组（均P<0.05）。结论：真武汤加减联合艾灸治疗肾阳虚型变应性鼻炎可以改善临床症状，提高生命质量，调节Th1/Th2、Th17/Treg、CD4+/CD8+免疫平衡。 |

| To study the effects of modified Zhenwu Decoction combined with moxibustion on allergic Rhinitis with kidney yang deficiency.Methods:From January 2017 to March 2019，a total of 132 patients with renal deficiency allergic rhinitis admitted to Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method.with 66 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment and the observation group was given Zhenwu Decoction combined with moxibustion treatment.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy，TCM syndrome score，rhinitis symptom score，nasal conjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ)，serum interleukin-2(IL-2)，interleukin-4(IL-4)，interleukin-5(IL-5)，interleukin-10(IL-10)，interleukin-17(IL-17)，interferon-γ(IFN-γ)，immunoglobulin(IgE)，CD4，CD8，CD4/CD8 levels and nasal mucosal secretion eosinophils(EOS) level were compared.Results:After treatment，the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndrome，rhinitis symptoms，RQLQ scores and IL-4，IL-5，IL-17，IgE，CD8+，EOS of the 2 groups decreased，while the observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-2，IL-10，IFN-γ，CD4+，CD4+/CD8+ in the 2 groups increased，while the observation group increased was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Zhenwu Decoction combined with moxibustion for treating allergic rhinitis due to kidney yang deficiency could improve clinical symptoms，improve quality of life，regulate Th1 / Th2，Th17 / Treg，CD4+/ CD8+ immune balance. |
