| 癌毒是肿瘤进程中的关键病机，而肿瘤干细胞是肿瘤生长、转移及复发的主要原因。通过比较癌毒与肿瘤干细胞的概念、致病特征与致病机制，发现二者有诸多相似之处。癌毒病机理论符合现代医学对肿瘤干细胞的认识，肿瘤干细胞可能是癌毒病机的重要生物学内容。从中西医角度探讨癌毒与肿瘤干细胞的科学内涵，对进一步揭示肿瘤的致病机制及提高恶性肿瘤的临床治疗效果具有重要的意义。 |

| The cancer toxin is the key pathogenesis during tumor progression，and cancer stem cells(CSCs) are the main cause of tumor growth，metastasis and recurrence.There are many similarities between cancer toxin and CSCs，particularly the concepts，pathogenic characteristics and pathogenic mechanisms.The pathogenesis theory of cancer toxin accords with the understanding of CSCs in modern medicine，and CSCs may belong to important biological content of the pathogenesis of cancer toxin.It is of great significance to explore the scientific connotation of cancer toxin and CSCs from the perspective of traditional Chinese and Western medicine to further reveal the pathogenesis of tumors and improve the clinical therapeutic effect of malignant tumors. |
