| 中医体质学学科的创立人、中国工程院院士、国医大师王琦教授,经过50多年的临床实践与临床经验,提出了“辨体-辨病-辨证”诊疗模式。该模式的提出,充分体现了医师在临床诊疗中以人为本、突出个体差异的诊疗思想。本文以过敏体质为主题,从辨体-辨病-辨证,过敏体质治疗原则与要点及方药应用3个方面,归纳总结王琦教授治疗过敏体质相关疾病经验和过敏体质研究现状,重点对过敏体质的干预调体措施进行详细的介绍,以期为基础研究和临床工作提供相应的借鉴。 |

| As a founder of Traditional Chinese medicine constitution and academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering，Master WANG Qi has accumulated a great number of valuable experience in clinical practice for more than 50 years，and formed a diagnosis and treatment mode of constitution differentiation-disease differentiation-syndrome differentiation model.It fully embodied the ideas that doctors should pay attention to patients and individual differences.Based on the theme of allergic constitution，this paper summarizes Professor WANG Qi's experience in treating allergic constitution-related diseases and the current research status of allergic constitution from 3 aspects:constitution differentiation-disease differentiation-syndrome differentiation.The principles and main points of allergic constitution treatment，and the application of prescriptions，with emphasis on allergic constitution intervention and adjustment measures of the body are introduced in detail，in order to provide corresponding reference for basic research and clinical work. |
