| 目的:分析含水蛭中成药的组方规律,为水蛭的现代临床应用提供依据。方法:基于药智网数据库收集含水蛭的中成药处方,以Excel 2010、SPSS Modeler 14.1、SPSS Statistics 23.0作为统计软件,统计含水蛭中成药处方的中药频次、性味归经、主治疾病与证候分布,并对高频药物进行关联规则分析和聚类分析。结果:本研究共获得含水蛭中成药处方59个,涉及中药192味。含水蛭中成药处方中累计出现频数最高的前6味中药分别是水蛭、黄芪、川芎、丹参、当归、地龙;药性主要为温、寒、平性;药味主要集中在苦、甘、辛;归经以肝、脾、心经最为常见。主治10类中医临床常见疾病(如中风、胸痹心痛等),主治证候14种(如气虚血瘀证、瘀血内阻证等)。通过关联规则分析,得到常用药对15对,如水蛭-黄芪、水蛭-川芎等。对高频药物进行聚类分析可将药物分为凉血消瘀、破血逐瘀与益气逐瘀3类。结论:含水蛭的中成药中水蛭主要与补益药、活血化瘀药、平肝息风药配伍,以“益气逐瘀”为基本大法,常用于治疗血液瘀滞造成的各种心脑血管疾病。 |

| To analyze the compatibility regularity of Chinese patent medicine containing Hirudo to provide references for the modern clinical medication of Hirudo.Methods:Chinese patent medicine prescriptions containing Hirudo were collected from Yaozh database.The frequency of Chinese medicines,properties,flavors,meridians,main indications,and syndrome distribution of Chinese patent medicine prescriptions containing Hirudo were statistically analyzed by Excel 2010,SPSS Modeler 14.1,and SPSS Statistics 23.0.Association rule analysis and cluster analysis were performed on high-frequency drugs.Results:Fifty-nine Chinese patent medicine prescriptions containing Hirudo were obtained,with 192 drugs involved.In terms of cumulative frequency,the top 6 drugs were Hirudo,Astragali Radix,Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,and Pheretima,which are mainly warm,cold,and plain in nature,bitter,sweet,and pungent in flavor,and act on the liver,spleen,and heart meridians,with 10 types of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) indications(such as stroke and chest stuffiness and pains) and 14 types of primary syndromes(such as qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and internal obstruction of stagnant blood syndrome).Fifteen commonly used drug pairs were obtained through association rule analysis,such as Hirudo-Astragali Radix and Hirudo-Chuanxiong Rhizoma.As unraveled by cluster analysis,high-frequency drugs could be divided into three categories:blood-cooling and stasis-resolving drugs,blood stasis-breaking and expelling drugs,and qi-nourishing and stasis-expelling drugs.Conclusion:In Hirudo-containing Chinese patent medicines,Hirudo is mainly combined with tonifying drugs,blood-activating and stasis-resolving drugs,and liver-pacifying and wind-extinguishing drugs under the therapeutic principles of replenishing qi and expelling blood stasis.They are mainly used in the treatment of various cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases caused by blood stasis. |
