| 目的:分析康艾注射液联合紫杉醇和顺铂化疗方案(TP)治疗晚期卵巢癌的临床效果及不良反应。方法:选取2017年1月至2019年1月海南省中医院收治的晚期卵巢癌患者166例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组2组,每组83例。对照组患者以TP治疗,观察组患者在TP基础上接受康艾注射液治疗。分析2组患者的临床效果及治疗后的不良反应。结果:与对照组比较,观察组治疗后肿瘤控制总有效率及腹腔积液控制总有效率明显升高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组治疗后KPS评分提高率及稳定率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗后CD3+、CD4+和CD4+/CD8+明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),而CD8+明显升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后血白细胞、血红蛋白、中性粒细胞绝对值及淋巴细胞绝对值均明显升高,治疗前后比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),而对照组治疗前后上述指标无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:康艾注射液联合TP治疗晚期卵巢癌临床效果确定但未引起明显的不良反应。 |

| To study the efficacy and side effects of Kang'ai injection combined with TP chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced ovarian cancer.Methods:Patients with advanced ovarian cancer admitted to Hainan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January,2017 to January,2019 were studied.All 166 patients were randomly divided into two groups:a control group(n=83) and an observation group(n=83).The patients in the control group received TP chemotherapy treatment.The patients in the observation group received Kang'ai injection on the basis of TP chemotherapy.The clinical effect and side effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of tumor control and peritoneal effusion control in the observation group increased significantly after treatment(P<0.05).The improvement rate and stability rate of KPS score in the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while CD8+ was increased with no statistical difference(P>0.05).The absolute value of leukocyte,hemoglobin,neutrophil and lymphocyte in the observation group increased significantly(P<0.05).There was no significant change in the above indexes before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Kang'ai injection combined with TP chemotherapy has obvious clinical effect on patients with advanced ovarian cancer,but it does not cause obvious side effects. |
