| 功能性消化不良(Functional Dyspepsia,FD)是以餐后饱胀不适、早饱感以及上腹部疼痛等症状为主要特征,经过检查无器质性病变的一组临床综合征。其发病机制主要包括胃容受性受损、内脏敏感性升高以及胃排空延迟等。西药治疗FD为当前主要治疗方法,为对症治疗,但存在不良反应较多、依从性较低等不足之处。针灸作为一种非药物疗法,具有双向、多系统、多靶点调节作用,且无明显不良反应等优势。近些年来,国内外相关研究文献涉及了单纯针刺、艾灸、穴位注射、穴位埋线，或以针刺为主联合多种疗法等方案,结果表明针灸可显著改善FD患者的临床症状,提高生命质量,具有广阔的应用前景。现通过对近5年针灸治疗FD的相关国内外临床研究文献进行述评,总结针灸治疗FD日趋丰富的研究成果以及存在的不足之处,以期为针灸治疗FD的科研及临床工作提供借鉴。 |

| Functional dyspepsia(FD) is a group of clinical syndromes characterized by postprandial fullness discomfort,early satiety,and epigastric pain without organic lesions after examination.Its pathogenesis mainly includes gastric receptivity damage,increased visceral sensitivity,and delayed gastric emptying.Western medicine therapy for FD,the current main treatment protocol,is symptomatic treatment,but there are many deficiencies,such as adverse reactions and poor compliance.As a non-drug therapy,acupuncture and moxibustion have the advantages of bidirectional,multi-system,and multi-target regulation without obvious side effects.In recent years,relevant research investigates acupuncture,moxibustion,acupoint injection,acupoint embedding,or acupuncture combined with multiple therapies.The results show that acupuncture can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of FD patients and improve the quality of life with broad application prospects.Therefore,by reviewing the relevant clinical research on acupuncture and moxibustion therapy of FD in the recent 5 years,the present study summarized the increasing research achievements and existing deficiencies of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy of FD,so as to provide references for the scientific research and clinical work of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy of FD. |
