| 糖尿病肾病是糖尿病的严重并发症之一,我国的发病率呈逐年上升的趋势,由于其存在严重的代谢紊乱,是导致终末期肾病的主要原因,也是引起肾衰竭的主要原因。因此,早期及时防治糖尿病肾病极其重要,但目前尚无针对性的治疗药物。源自《金匮要略》肾气丸的演变方肾炎康复片,是目前临床上为数不多的治疗慢性肾脏病的药物,具有益气养阴,清热解毒、利水消肿、补肾等功效,能修复受损的肾小球足细胞、调节机体免疫力、减少尿蛋白,对肾功能有较好的改善作用。近年来,发现肾炎康复片联合常规方法治疗糖尿病肾病有较好的预后效果。笔者通过查阅相关文献,从肾炎康复片的化学成分、临床应用、药理作用等方面来对其加以概述,同时结合课题组最新研究进展,介绍其治疗糖尿病肾病的作用机制,主要与改善胰岛素抵抗、减轻炎症反应和调节肠道菌群丰度有关。本综述拟为糖尿病肾病发病机制的研究和治疗药物的研发提供数据和理论支持。 |

| Diabetic nephropathy is one of the serious complications of diabetes.Its incidence rate in China is increasing year by year.Due to serious metabolic disorders,it is the main cause of end-stage renal disease and renal failure.Therefore,early prevention and treatment of diabetic nephropathy are important,but there have been no breakthrough treatments.Shenyan Kangfu Tablets,the modified formula of Shenqi Pills derived from Synopsis of the Golden Chamber(Jin Gui Yao Lue),are currently one of the few clinical available drugs for the treatment of chronic kidney diseases,with the effects of replenishing qi and nourishing yin,clearing away heat and removing toxins,inducing diuresis to alleviate edema,and tonifying the kidney.They can repair damaged glomerular podocytes,regulate body immunity,reduce urine protein,and improve renal functions.As revealed by recent research,Shenyan Kangfu Tablets combined with conventional treatment showed good prognosis in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.The present study summarized the chemical composition,clinical application,and pharmacological action of Shenyan Kangfu Tablets based on the relevant literature,and introduced the mechanism of Shenyan Kangfu Tablets in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy in light of the latest research progress,which was mainly related to the improvement of insulin resistance,reduction of inflammatory reaction,and regulation of intestinal flora abundance.This study is expected to provide data and theoretical support for the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy and the development of therapeutic drugs. |
