| 随着社会经济的日益进步,人们生活节奏的加快和工作压力的增大,导致功能性便秘(FC)和焦虑、抑郁的患者越来越多,且二者常相互影响。临床发现FC患者常常伴有焦虑、抑郁等状态,脑肠轴在二者共病基础上伴有非常重要的角色。现基于上述将从神经胃肠病学、脑肠肽、肠道微生物、下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺(HPA)轴、中医药治疗方面探讨FC伴情绪异常的发病机制及其治疗,也为研究二者共病的治疗方案提供更加科学依据。 |

| With the development of the society and the economy,people's life rhythm is accelerating and work pressure is increasing.The number of patients with functional constipation(FC) as well as anxiety and depression is increasing,the two conditions affecting each other.Clinically,it is found that FC patients are often accompanied with anxiety and depression,and the brain-gut axis plays an important role in the comorbidity.Therefore,based on the above facts,this paper aims to discuss the pathogenesis and treatment of FC associated with emotional disorders from the aspects of neurogastroenterology,brain-gut peptides,gut microbiome,hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis(HPA axis) and traditional Chinese medicine treatment,and also to provide more scientific evidences for the study of the treatment of the comorbidity. |
