| 目的:对常用网络数据库中发表的葛根芩连汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床试验文献进行系统研究,归纳葛根芩连汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎的中医证型、用药情况、临床疗效,安全性等,以期为临床治疗提供参考证据。方法:检索国家知识基础设施数据库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(CSPD)、中文科技期刊数据库(CCD)和PubMed中发表的葛根芩连汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床试验类文章,由2名研究者进行筛选和数据提取,提取内容包括作者姓名、发表时间、地区、样本信息、干预措施、临床疗效、不良反应等基本特征并进行分析。结果:溃疡性结肠炎是一种严重的消化系统疾病,具有临床症状严重,病程长,复发率高的特点,严重威胁患者的健康。结论:葛根芩连汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎具有较好的疗效和安全性,可以为临床提供参考价值。 |

| To systematically summarize,organize and study the literatures of clinical trials on Gegen Qinlian Decoction in the treatment of ulcerative colitis published in commonly used online databases,and to summarize TCM syndrome types,prescription,clinical efficacy,safety,etc.,in order to provide evidence for clinical treatment.Methods:Clinical trial articles of Gegen Qinlian Decoction in the treatment of ulcerative colitis published was retrieved and analyzed comprehensively in CNKI,CSPD,CCD and PubMed.Two researchers screened and extracted data.The extracted content included the author's name,time of publishment,region,sample information,interventions,clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and other basic characteristics.Results:Ulcerative colitis is a serious digestive system disease with severe clinical symptoms,long course of disease and high recurrence rate,which threatens the health of patients seriously.Conclusion:Gegen Qinlian Decoction has favorable efficacy and safety in the treatment of ulcerative colitis,which provides reference value for clinical practice. |
