      目的:研究党参对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)模型小鼠的治疗作用及对炎症介质的影响。方法:采用经鼻滴注COPD造模液的方法复制COPD小鼠模型,经受试药干预,观测COPD小鼠行为学、肺组织湿干重比值、肺组织中炎症介质白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)及核因子κB的变化,研究党参对COPD的治疗作用及其机制。结果:10.4 g/kg、5.2 g/kg、2.6 g/kg党参可明显改善小鼠抓鼻、挠痒及呼吸异常等COPD行为学,降低肺组织湿干重比值及IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8含量,下调肺组织核因子κB的表达水平(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:党参具有治疗COPD的作用,下调炎症介质表达而缓解气道炎症是其作用机制之一。
English Summary:
      To study the therapeutic effects of Codonopsis Radix on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) and its effect on inflammatory factors in the mouse model of COPD.Methods:The mouse model of COPD was replicated by the nasal drip of COPD-establishing liquid,and the changes in behavior,lung wet/dry weight ratio,and inflammatory factors [interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),and nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB)] in the mouse model of COPD were observed after trial drug intervention.The therapeutic effects of Codonopsis Radix on mice with COPD and its mechanism were studied.Results:The 10.4 g/kg,5.2 g/kg,and 2.6 g/kg Codonopsis Radix significantly improved the COPD behaviors of mice such as scratching nose,scratching,and abnormal respiration,reduced lung wet/dry weight ratio and the content of IL-1β,IL-6,and IL-8,and down-regulated the expression levels of NF-κB in the lung tissue(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Codonopsis Radix has therapeutic effects on COPD,and one of its mechanisms is to down-regulate the expression of inflammatory factors and alleviate airway inflammation.
