| To explore the medication rule of the treatment for bone metastasis of malignant tumor based on syndrome differentiation by data mining analysis.Methods:China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Science Periodical Database(CSPD),and PubMed database were retrieved to collect clinical studies or empirical analyses of Chinese medicine for the treatment of bone metastasis and bone cancer pain of malignant tumor.A database of drugs in prescriptions was established,and the medication rule was explored by using frequency analysis of drugs,natures,flavors,and meridian tropism,SPSS cluster analysis,and Clementine association rule analysis.Results:A total of 144 studies were included.A total of 150 prescriptions and 198 drugs for the treatment of bone metastasis and bone cancer pain of malignant tumor were finally obtained.In the frequency analysis of drugs,Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata,Psoraleae Fructus,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Drynariae Rhizoma,and Astragali Radix were used the most.The results of the frequency analysis of natures and flavors showed that drugs with warm nature and drugs with sweet,bitter,and acrid flavors were the most common drugs,attributing to the liver and kidney meridians.Two drug pairs,one 3-drug group,and one clustering formula were obtained in the cluster analysis.The results of association rule analysis showed that Psoraleae Fructus and Angelicae Sinensis Radix-Drynariae Rhizoma had the highest confidence.Conclusion:Chinese medicine follows the principles of relieving phlegm,nourishing liver and kidney,relieving pain through collaterals,and special drugs for specific diseases to treat bone metastasis and bone cancer pain of malignant tumor. |
