| 目的：探讨蒿芩清胆汤联合克林霉素磷酸酯治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者的临床效果。方法：选取2017年3月至2021年3月三亚市人民医院妇产科收治的盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者85例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组（n=40）和观察组（n=45），对照组患者口服克林霉素磷酸酯片，观察组患者在对照组用药基础上联合蒿芩清胆汤治疗，治疗15 d后观察2组患者的治疗效果和治疗前后血液流变学指标、血清炎症指标、疼痛程度、包块大小、生命质量以及不良反应的发生情况。结果：观察组患者治疗后的全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞沉降率和血清C反应蛋白（CRP）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）水平明显低于对照组（均P<0.05）；观察组患者治疗后的疼痛程度评分、包块大小较治疗前明显降低，而总有效率和生命质量评分较治疗前明显升高［(1.85±0.37)分对比（3.50±0.61）分、（13.16±1.83）mm对比（19.48±2.25）mm、93.33%对比77.50%、（112.08±10.36）分对比(94.24±6.57)分］，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组患者在治疗过程中均未发生明显的不良反应。结论：以蒿芩清胆汤联合克林霉素磷酸酯治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症效果显著，可有效改善血液流变学和炎症介质水平、缓解患者疼痛程度、缩小包块大小，且安全性高。 |

| To explore the clinical effect of Haoqin Qingdan Decoction combined with clindamycin phosphate in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases.Methods:A total of 85 patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases treated in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics of People's Hospital of Sanya from March 2017 to March 2021 were divided into a control group(n=40) and an observation group(n=45) by random number table.The patients in the control group were treated with clindamycin phosphate tablets,while those in the observation group were treated with Haoqin Qingdan Decoction on the basis of the control group.After 15 days of treatment,the therapeutic effect and hemorheological indexes,serum inflammatory indexes,pain degree,mass size,quality of life and adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results:The whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,and levels of serum C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and interleukin-6(IL-6) in the observation group after treatment was lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The pain score and mass size in the observation group were decreased while the total effective rate and quality of life score were increased compared with those before treatment ［pain score：(1.85±0.37) vs(3.50±0.61); mass size：(13.16±1.83) mm vs(19.48±2.25) mm; total effective rate：93.33% vs 77.50%; quality of life score：(112.08±10.36 vs(94.24±6.57)］(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups during treatment.Conclusion:Haoqin Qingdan Decoction combined with clindamycin phosphate was effective in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases.It could improve the levels of hemorheological and inflammatory factors,alleviate the pain degree,and reduce the mass size,with high safety. |
