| 目的：基于数据挖掘研究芳香类药物在冠心病心绞痛治疗中的应用价值。方法：通过检索药智数据、国家知识基础设施数据库等数据库，筛选出治疗冠心病心绞痛的中成药处方，运用SPSS 20.0、SPSS Modeler 18.0软件进行数据挖掘和关联分析。结果：在140首中成药处方数据中，共由193味药物组成，药物频次共计1 024次，其中含芳香类药物的中成药处方有116首，占比82.9%，芳香类药物共计46味，出现总频次372次，占比36.3%，在出现频次≥10的药物中，总频次646次，芳香类药物12味共出现279次，占比43.2%，在药物组成中占有较高比例，主要以芳香活血类、芳香开窍类、芳香理气类为主。结论：芳香类药物治疗冠心病心绞痛应用广泛，在缺血性心脏病的治疗中有明确可靠的疗效。 |

| To study the application value of aromatic drugs in the treatment of angina pectoris in coronary heart disease based on data mining.Methods:By searching drug intelligence data,China National Knowledge Infrastructure database,and other databases,Chinese patent medicine prescriptions for the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were screened out,and SPSS 20.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 were used for data mining and association analysis.Results:The 140 Chinese patent medicine prescriptions were composed of 193 drugs,with a drug frequency of 1 024 times,including 116 Chinese patent medicine prescriptions containing aromatic drugs,which accounted for 82.9%.A total of 46 aromatic drugs were obtained,with a total frequency of 372 times,accounting for 36.3%.In the drugs with frequency≥10,the total frequency was 646 times,and 12 aromatic drugs appeared 279 times,accounting for 43.2%,which occupied a higher proportion in the drug composition.The aromatic drugs mainly had effects of blood circulation,enlightenment,and qi regulation.Conclusion:Aromatic drugs are widely used in the treatment of angina pectoris in coronary heart disease,and they have reliable and clear effects on the treatment of ischemic heart disease. |
