| 失眠作为临床上的常见病以及许多疾病的伴随症状，患病率很高。由于睡眠机制复杂且未知，因此一直较为难治。化学药物的治疗经常产生不良反应，如依赖性和成瘾性等，甚至对患者的认知功能和中枢神经系统产生严重的损害。在2 000多年的诊疗实践中，中医治疗独特，效果良好、安全性高。面对失眠这一复杂疾病的研究困境，文章深入挖掘中医理论，并结合现代生物学研究最新前沿进展，从“心神”角度探讨失眠的中医理论基础和治疗特点，用“法”求“理”，寻找防治规律，以求为运用该法治疗失眠和深入研究失眠的机制提供参考，并为挖掘相关防治方法和开发治疗药物提供依据。 |

| Insomnia,as a common clinical disease and a concomitant symptom of many diseases,is high in prevalence.It is difficult to be cured because of complex and unclear sleep mechanism.The medication with chemical drugs often produces side effects,such as dependence and addiction,and even seriously impairs the cognitive function and the central nervous system of patients.In more than 2 000 years of clinical practice,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is proven effective with unique treatment approaches and high safety.Facing the research dilemma of the complex disease insomnia,this paper deeply explored the TCM theory,discussed the theoretical basis and treatment characteristics of TCM of insomnia from “heart spirit” based on the advance in modern biological research,and sought prevention and treatment laws,in order to provide references for the application of this method in the treatment of insomnia and the in-depth investigation of the mechanism of insomnia and also provide a basis for excavating relevant prevention and treatment methods and developing therapeutic drugs. |
