| 我国是食管癌的高发病率、高死亡率的国家,食管癌防治工作的终极目标是降低发病率和死亡率。根据其发病特点及病理发展过程,主要措施是防治食管上皮的癌前病变。中医药在防治食管癌前病变的研究中取得了满意的结果,基础研究证实部分中成药及中药单体可以降低、阻断癌变率,说明肿瘤是可以预防的。多项设计严谨的大样本临床研究也证实了中医药防治食管癌前病变的有效性。现通过分析既往研究成果发现，食管癌前病变的中医药阻断性治疗是一条可行的食管癌预防途径。 |

| The incidence and mortality of esophageal cancer are high in China，and the therapies aim to reduce the incidence and mortality.According to the characteristics and pathological development of the cancer，measures are generally taken to prevent precancerous lesions of esophageal epithelium.Traditional Chinese medicine has achieved satisfactory results in the prevention and treatment of esophageal precancerous lesions.The basic research confirmed that some of the Chinese patent medicines and Chinese medicine monomers can block canceration and thus reduce the canceration rate，indicating that the tumor is preventable.A number of well-designed large-sample clinical studies also verified the effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of esophageal precancerous lesions.This study analyzed the available research results and concluded that traditional Chinese medicine blocking of esophageal precancerous lesions can help prevent esophageal cancer. |
