| 目的：汇总分析近20年针灸治疗克罗恩病（CD）的临床研究文献，总结归纳针灸治疗CD的临床研究进展与选穴规律，为优化针灸治疗CD的临床方案、提高针灸治疗CD的临床疗效提供新的思路和参考。方法：检索国家知识基础设施数据库（CNKI）、中国学术期刊数据库（CSPD）、中文科技期刊数据库（CCD）、PubMed数据库、Web of Science数据库，检索时限为2000年1月1日至2020年12月31日，运用Microsoft Excel 2013和Clementine 12.0软件，汇总分析针灸治疗CD的诊断标准、研究类型与分组、治疗方案、选穴规律、疗效评价与结局指标等。结果：共纳入文献15篇，针灸治疗CD临床研究的诊断标准不断更新，主要与西药、针灸、健康志愿者进行随机对照研究；隔药灸、毫针刺、电针是针灸治疗CD的主要方法；气海、天枢、中脘、足三里、上巨虚间存在较强关联关系，是临床常用穴；针灸治疗CD疗效显著，不良反应发生率低；修复肠黏膜损伤，改善肠道免疫功能和大脑功能是当前针灸治疗CD临床研究主要关注的效应机制。结论：针灸治疗CD安全、有效，推荐隔药灸、毫针刺、电针为主要干预方法，气海、天枢、中脘、足三里、上巨虚为主穴。 |

| To summarize the clinical literature on the treatment of Crohn's disease(CD) by acupuncture and moxibustion in the latest two decades and analyze the research progress and acupoint selection rules，to provide new ideas and reference for optimizing clinical program and improving the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of CD.Methods:China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)，China Science Periodical Database(CSPD)，Chinese Citation Database(CCD)，PubMed，and Web of Science were searched from January 1，2000 to December 31，2020.The diagnostic criteria，research type，grouping，therapeutic options，acupoint selection rule，efficacy assessment，and outcome indexes of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of CD were analyzed by Microsoft Excel 2013 and Clementine 12.0.Results:A total of 15 articles were included.The diagnostic criteria in clinical research on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of CD were constantly updated，and western medicine，acupuncture and moxibustion，as well as healthy volunteers were mostly used as control.Indirect moxibustion，filiform needling and electroacupuncture were the main methods for treating CD.There was a strong correlation between Qihai(CV 6)，Tianshu(ST 25)，Zhongwan(CV 12)，Zusanli(ST 36)，and Shangjuxu(ST 37)，which were commonly used in clinic practice.The curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion was significant with low incidence of adverse reactions.In current clinical research on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of CD，the focus was mainly on the effector mechanism of repairing intestinal mucosal injury and improving intestinal immune function and brain function.Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion is safe and effective for the treatment of CD.Indirect moxibustion，filiform needling，and electroacupuncture are recommended as the main intervention methods，and Qihai(CV 6)，Tianshu(ST 25)，Zhongwan(CV 12)，Zusanli(ST 36)，and Shangjuxu(ST 37) are the main acupoints. |
