| 目的:观察纯中医治疗与中西医结合治疗晚期结直肠癌（CRC）的疗效。方法:回顾2000年1月1日至2011年12月31日中国中医科学院广安门医院肿瘤科收治的中医药参与治疗的晚期CRC患者,分析比较中医治疗与中西医结合治疗病例的一般情况、治疗方案,近、远期疗效、卫生经济学指标的变化。结果:中西医结合组治疗总有效率(41.46%)高于中医组(6.67%),中西医结合组肿瘤控制率(76.42%)高于中医组(62.22%),中医组稳定率(55.56%)高于中西医结合组(34.96%)。中西医结合组卡诺夫斯凯计分(KPS)提高率(33.61%)、稳定率(51.64%)明显高于中医组(22.09%和41.86%),中西医结合组体质量提高率(37.50%)及稳定率(47.12%)优于中医组(15.52%和45.76%)。中西医结合组与中医组中位总生存期(OS)比较，中西医结合组中位OS为24个月而中医组中位OS为19个月(P>0.05)，中位疾病进展时间(TTP):中西医结合组(10个月)优于中医组(6个月)(P<0.05)。中医组患者平均住院日更短(P<0.05),但中西医结合组费用效果比更好。结论：中西医结合组达到了更好的总有效率和肿瘤控制率,更长的TTP。但是中医组具有更多的中医治疗方式、更高的肿瘤稳定率、更少的住院时间及同样的生存时间。 |

| To observe the curative effect of pure traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine(TCM+western medicine) in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer(CRC).Methods:The data of patients with advanced CRC receiving TCM treatment in the Department of Oncology，Guang'anmen Hospital，China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from January 1，2000 to December 31，2011 were reviewed.The general situation，treatment plans，short-term and long-term effects，and changes in health economic indicators of patients treated with TCM and TCM+western medicine were analyzed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of the TCM+western medicine group was 41.46% higher than 6.67% of the TCM group.The tumor control rate of the TCM+western medicine group was 76.42% higher than 62.22% of the TCM group，while the stability rate(34.96%) was lower than that(55.56%) of the TCM group.The improvement rate(33.61%) and stability rate(51.64%) of Kanofsky performance score(KPS) in the TCM+western medicine group were significantly higher than those(22.09% and 41.86%) in the TCM group.Additionally，the TCM+western medicine group had increased improvement rate(37.50%) and stability rate(47.12%) of body mass as compared with those(15.52% and 45.76%) in the TCM group.In terms of the median overall survival(OS)，the TCM+western medicine group was 24 months，while the TCM group was 19 months(P>0.05).In terms of the median disease to progression(TTP)，the TCM+western medicine group(10 months) was superior to the TCM group(6 months)(P<0.05).The TCM group had shorter average length of hospitalization(P<0.05)，but the TCM+western medicine had lower cost-effectiveness ratio.Conclusion:TCM+western medicine has higher total effective rate and tumor control rate and longer TTP.However，pure TCM has more treatment methods，higher tumor stability rate，and shorter length of hospitalization.The survival time is the same. |
