中文摘要:

肿瘤微环境（TME）是肿瘤细胞生长的内外环境，与肿瘤细胞的发生、生长及转移都密切相关，也是抗肿瘤药物作用的关键靶点。中药具有正向调节免疫杀伤细胞数量和功能、下调免疫抑制细胞数量和功能的作用，在一定程度上改善了TME，从而有望缩小瘤体，同时改善患者预后和提高生命质量。现以抗肿瘤中药是否通过调节TME、重塑机体的免疫功能、杀灭肿瘤细胞，尤其对TME中关键免疫细胞的调节作用为研究重点，从中药（包括单体）、复方、中成药注射液3方面开展其对TME中免疫细胞的干预作用总结，以期为后续开展深入的中药干预TME的实验和临床研究奠定基础。

English Summary:

Tumor microenvironment(TME) is the internal and external environment for the growth of tumor cells.It is closely related to the genesis，growth and metastasis of tumor cells，and is also the key target of anti-tumor drugs.Chinese medicine can positively up-regulate the number and function of immune killer cells and down-regulate those of immunosuppressive cells，which improves TME to some extent.This has the potential to shrink tumors while improving patient prognosis and quality of life.This paper focused on whether anti-tumor Chinese medicine killed tumor cells via regulating TME and remodeling the immunologic function of the body，and the intervention effects of Chinese medicine(including monomer)，compound Chinese medicine，and Chinese patent medicine injection on immune cells in the TME were summarized.These findings laid a certain foundation for subsequent experimental and clinical studies of Chinese medicine intervention in TME.
