| 眼干燥症为眼科临床常见的疑难病症。西医治疗手段不能有效满足患者需求，而针灸治疗在改善临床症状，改善视功能，提高眼表功能，降低复发率，显著提高生命质量方面独具优势和特色。但目前尚缺乏多中心大样本的临床试验，临床研究缺乏一套完整的疗效评价体系。通过科学方法对针灸治疗眼干燥症疗效进行评价，是提高眼干燥症治疗效果、科研水平及针灸贡献度的关键环节。现对针灸治疗眼干燥症的临床疗效优势及评价指标进行总结分析，以期为针灸治疗眼干燥症的临床研究提供新思路。 |

| Ophthalmoxerosis is a common intractable disease in ophthalmology.Western medical treatment methods cannot effectively meet the needs of patients，while acupuncture and moxibustion treatment has unique advantages and characteristics in improving clinical symptoms，visual function，and ocular surface function，reducing recurrence rate，and significantly improving the quality of life of patients.However，there is still a lack of multi-center clinical trials with a large sample size，and clinical research lacks a complete evaluation system for efficacy.Evaluating the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on ophthalmoxerosis by scientific methods is a key link to improve the therapeutic effect on ophthalmoxerosis，scientific research level，and contribution of acupuncture and moxibustion.This study summarized and analyzed the clinical efficacy advantages and evaluation indexes of ophthalmoxerosis，trying to provide new ideas for the clinical research on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of ophthalmoxerosis. |
