| 目的：以腺嘌呤诱导大鼠肾阳虚证模型为研究对象，观察至宝三鞭丸对肾阳虚证大鼠的改善作用。方法：选取SD大鼠，在末次给药2 h后，测定各组大鼠体质量，检测大鼠睾丸系数、附睾系数、精囊腺系数等；显微观察大鼠精子数目，形态和活力；酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA)测定血清中雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)、促卵泡素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、多巴胺（DA）、5-羟色胺（5-HT）、去甲肾上腺素（NE）水平；苏木精-伊红(HE)染色法观察肾脏、睾丸和附睾组织病理形态变化；Masson染色法观察肾脏组织的纤维化水平。结果：与正常组比较，至宝三鞭组大鼠肾阳虚症状改善，大鼠体质量、睾丸系数、附睾系数，精囊腺系数增加；大鼠精子数目增多；精子畸形率降低，精子活力增强；肾脏、睾丸、附睾等生殖器官的病理改变减少；肾脏的纤维化水平降低；并且至宝三鞭丸能够使E2、FSH、LH、DA、NE和5-HT等含量降低；同时还能够使T含量升高。结论：至宝三鞭丸可基于对下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴的调控改善腺嘌呤致肾阳虚证模型大鼠的肾阳虚症状，呈现出良好的补肾助阳功效。 |

| To study the improvement effect of Zhibao Sanbian Pill on adenine-induced kidney yang deficiency in rat model.Methods:A total of 98 SD rats were selected.Two hours after the last administration，the body weight of rats in each group was measured，and the testis coefficient，epididymis coefficient and seminal vesicle coefficient were also detected.The number，morphology and motility of spermatozoa were observed by microscope.Serum levels of estradiol(E2)，testosterone(T)，follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)，luteinizing hormone(LH)，dopamine(DA)，5-hydroxytrypsin(5-HT) and norepinephrine(NE) were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Hematoxylin and eosin(HE) staining was used to observe the pathological changes of kidney，testis and epididymis.Masson staining was used to detect renal fibrosis.Results:Compared with the normal group，the Zhibao Sanbian groups had alleviated kidney yang deficiency，increased body weight，testis coefficient，epididymis coefficient and seminal vesicle coefficient，increased number of spermatozoa with low malformation，and enhanced motility.Additionally，the pathological changes of kidney，testis，epididymis and other reproductive organs as well as renal fibrosis were reduced.The prescription also lowered the contents of E2，FSH，LH，DA，NE and 5-HT，while increased T.Conclusion:Zhibao Sanbian Pill can improve the adenine-induced kidney yang deficiency in rat model based on the regulation of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal(HPG) axis，showing a good effect of tonifying kidney to strengthen yang. |
