| 胃溃疡是常见脾胃病之一，病程长，易复发，常长期困扰患者。姚树坤教授从胃溃疡患者的饮食生活习惯、情志失调等病因入手，抓住其湿热蕴胃，肝气犯胃，痰凝血瘀，脾肾不足等病机，治以清热祛湿为主，辅以疏肝活血化痰、收敛疡面、健脾温阳等方法，且嘱患者注意饮食、情志调理，临床疗效显著。 |

| Gastric ulcer is a common disease of spleen and stomach.It has a long course and is easy to relapse，thus puzzling patients for a long time.From the causes of eating and living habits and mental disorders of patients with gastric ulcer，Professor Yao Shukun believes the pathogenesis of dampness heat accumulating in the stomach,liver qi attacking the stomach，phlegm coagulation，blood stasis，and deficiency of spleen and kidney.The treatment should focus on clearing heat and eliminating dampness，supplemented with methods such as soothing the liver，activating blood，resolving phlegm，giving astringents to arrest ulcer，strengthening the spleen and warming yang，and the patients are advised to strictly keep diet and adjust mental activity.Remarkable clinical effect has been observed. |
