| 环境问题导致肺系疾病当下备受关注，现代临床研究证明苇茎汤对肺脓肿、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺癌、重症肺炎等肺系疾病具有良好的治疗作用。苇茎汤具有清热化痰、逐瘀排脓的功效。现主要围绕该方主治的肺系疾病进行整理归纳。临床研究显示苇茎汤在提高临床有效率的同时，可显著缩短炎症指标降低的时间、减少抗生素的使用，并减少不良反应的发生；现有药理研究表明该方主要功效成分为豆甾醇、β-谷甾醇、常春藤皂苷元、金色酰胺醇酯、阿魏酸等；基础研究显示其作用机制可能与诱导细胞凋亡、调节免疫平衡有关。 |

| Environmental problems have attracted much attention due to pulmonary diseases，and modern clinical studies have proved that Weijing decoction has a good therapeutic effect on pulmonary diseases such aslung abscess，chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，lung cancer，and severe pneumonia.Weijing Decoction has the effect of clearing heat，dissolving phlegm，and draining pus.This article mainly summarizes its applications primarily in pulmonary diseases.Clinical studies have shown that Weijing decoction not only enhances clinical effectiveness but also significantly shorten the time for lowering inflammatory indicators，reduce the use of antibiotics，and minimizes adverse reactions.Existing pharmacological studies have shown that the main active ingredients of this decoction are stigmasterol，β-sitosterol，hederagenin，aurantiamide acetate，ferulic acid，etc.Basic research indicates that its mechanism of action may be related to inducing cell apoptosis and regulating immune balance. |
