Diabetic kidney disease(DKD) is the primary cause of chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal disease，posing a serious risk to the human health.In TCM，blood stasis is considered as a key pathogenic mechanism throughout the course of DKD，and a number of blood-activating and collateral-dredging prescriptions have been developed for DKD patients.These prescriptions have shown definite efficacy in alleviating clinical symptoms，reducing proteinuria，protecting the renal function，improving the therapeutic effect，and delaying progression of DKD.
