| 目的：应用网状Meta分析方法，评价9个经典名方治疗不同证型成人支气管哮喘的有效性，为临床诊疗支气管哮喘提供治疗依据。方法：检索并筛选国家知识基础设施数据库（CNKI）、中国学术期刊数据库（CSPD）及中文科技期刊数据库（CCD）中关于9个经典名方（玉屏风散、桑白皮汤、麻杏石甘汤、苏子降气汤、三子养亲汤、小青龙汤、定喘汤、金水六君煎、射干麻黄汤）治疗成人支气管哮喘的随机对照试验（RCT），检索时限为建库至2021年12月20日。采用统计软件Stata 16.0对纳入文献进行网状Meta分析。结果：共纳入文献41篇。在提高临床有效率方面，射干麻黄汤+西医常规＞玉屏风散+西医常规＞金水六君煎+西医常规＞定喘汤+西医常规＞麻杏石甘汤+西医常规。在改善治疗后第一秒用力呼气量（FEV1）%方面，玉屏风散+西医常规＞射干麻黄汤+西医常规＞定喘汤+西医常规＞小青龙汤+西医常规＞苏子降气汤+西医常规。在药物安全性方面，观察组不良反应例数均少于对照组。结论：9个常用经典名方联合西医常规治疗较单纯西医常规治疗比较，均能提高临床治疗有效率，改善治疗后FEV1%，减少临床不良反应。由于受到纳入文献质量限制，临床仍需更多设计严谨的RCT。 |

| To evaluate the efficacy of nine classical prescriptions in treating bronchial asthma in adults with different syndromes by a network meta-analysis and provide a therapeutic basis for the clinical treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods:The randomized controlled trials(RCTs) of nine classical prescriptions(Yupingfeng Powder，Sangbaipi Decoction，Maxing Shigan Decoction，Suzi Jiangqi Decoction，Sanzi Yangqin Decoction，Xiaoqinglong Decoction，Dingchuan Decoction，Jinshui Liujun Decoction，and Shegan Mahuang Decoction) for treating bronchial asthma in adults were searched against the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)，China Science Periodical Database(CSPD)，and Chinese Citation Database(CCD) with the time interval from inception to December 20，2021.The network meta-analysis was conducted for the included articles in Stata 16.0.Results:A total of 41 articles were included in this study.The five best treatment regimens in improving the clinical response rate were Shegan Mahuang Decoction+Western Medicine>Yupingfeng Powder+Western Medicine>Jinshui Liujun Decoction+Western Medicine>Dingchuan Decoction+Western Medicine>Maxing Shigan Decoction+Western Medicine.In terms of improving the forced expiratory volume in the 1st second(FEV1%)，the best 5 treatment regimens were Yupingfeng Powder+Western Medicine>Shegan Mahuang Decoction+Western Medicine>Dingchuan Decoction+Western Medicine>Xiaoqinglong Decoction+Western Medicine>Suzi Jiangqi Decoction+Western Medicine.The cases of adverse reactions in the observation group were all fewer than those in the control group.Conclusion:All the nine commonly used classical prescriptions combined with Western medicine could increase the clinical response rate and FEV1% and reduce the cases of adverse reactions compared with Western medicine alone.Due to limitations in the quality of the included articles，more rigorously designed RCTs are needed to verify the conclusion. |
