| 全国名老中医药专家许芝银教授对于瘿病诊疗经验丰富，认为甲状腺功能减退、亚急性甲状腺炎、桥本甲状腺炎、甲状腺肿瘤术后等瘿病在临床进展到后期均出现甲状腺激素分泌不足或缺乏，常进一步累及肝、脾、肾等脏腑，均有阳虚证候。强调在辨治基础上审证求机，灵活应用温阳法，温阳以行气、消痰、祛瘀、利水、散结、益气养阴。突出脏腑辨证、兼顾整体与局部统一，且灵活应用药对，颇具特色，疗效显著，更好地诠释“异病同治”思想。 |
| English Summary: |
| Professor XU Zhiyin，a famous TCM expert in China，has accumulated rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of goiter.He believes that goiter diseases such as hypothyroidism，subacute thyroiditis，Hashimoto's thyroiditis，and thyroid tumor all have insufficient or lack of thyroid hormone secretion at the late stage of disease development，which often further involves the liver，spleen，kidney and other zang-fu organs.The patients all present the syndrome of yang deficiency.Therefore，he emphasizes that the method of warming yang should be adopted flexibly to move qi，eliminate phlegm，resolve stasis，drain water，dissipate mass，replenish qi，and nourish yin.He highlights the syndrome differentiation of zang-fu organs，consideration of both the whole and the local parts，and flexible application of medicine pairs，which is quite characteristic and demonstrates significant therapeutic effect，reflecting the thought of treating different diseases with same method. |
