| 胃食管反流病是临床常见病，病理机制复杂，临床症状多样，采用单一治疗方式对部分患者难以奏效，易导致病情迁延而发展成为难治性胃食管反流病。目前国内外对难治性胃食管反流病并无确切的定义和诊断标准，也无统一的治疗方案。中医辨证治疗能够改善患者精神心理状态，提高生命质量，疗效较好。 |

| Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD) is a common clinical condition with a complex pathophysiology and diverse clinical symptoms.For some patients，a single treatment protocol may not be effective，leading to prolonged illness and the development of refractory GERD.Currently，there are no definitive definitions or diagnostic criteria for refractory GERD，nor are there standardized treatment protocols in China and abroad.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) treatment based on syndrome differentiation can improve patients' mental and psychological state，enhance quality of life，and has shown good therapeutic effects. |
