| 目的：探讨大补阴丸加减方对肾阴虚型早发性卵巢功能不全（POI）的治疗效果。方法：选取2021年10月至2022年6月在贵州中医药大学第一附属医院妇科就诊的肾阴虚型POI患者６０例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组30例，对照组采用激素人工周期治疗，观察组在对照组基础上采用大补阴丸加减方治疗，分别干预3个月经周期，观察2组治疗前后卵巢功能变化及中医证候积分改善情况。结果：2组治疗前在雌二醇（E2）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH）、抗米勒管激素（AMH）、窦卵泡计数（AFC）、卵巢收缩期峰值血流速度（PSV）、阻力指数（RI）、搏动指数（PI）水平及中医证候积分方面，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；与治疗前比较，治疗后2组在FSH、LH、RI、PI水平、中医证候方面明显减少，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01），并且观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）；2组E2、AMH、AFC、PSV水平均明显上升（P<0.01），且观察组的指标水平高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组临床有效率为93.33%，高于对照组73.33%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组无任何药物不良反应。结论：大补阴丸加减方可通过改善肾阴虚型POI患者性激素水平及卵巢血供促进卵巢功能恢复，并明显缓解其中医证候，疗效确切。 |

| To investigate the therapeutic effect of modified Dabuyin Pills on premature ovarian insufficiency(POI) with kidney yin deficiency syndrome.Methods:A total of 60 POI patients with kidney yin deficiency syndrome，treated at the Department of Gynecology，The First Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) from October 2021 to June 2022，were enrolled and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group according to a random number table，with 30 patients in each group.The control group received hormone replacement therapy，while the observation group received modified Dabuyin Pills in addition to the treatment in the control group for three menstrual cycles.Changes in ovarian function and improvement in TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment were observed in both groups.Results:There were no significant differences between the two groups in estradiol(E2)，follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)，luteinizing hormone(LH)，anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH)，antral follicle count(AFC)，peak systolic velocity(PSV)，resistance index(RI)，pulsatility index(PI)，and TCM syndrome scores before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment，both groups showed significant reductions in FSH，LH，RI，PI levels，and TCM syndrome scores compared to those before treatment(P<0.01)，with the observation group showing lower values than the control group(P<0.05).E2，AMH，AFC，and PSV levels significantly increased in both groups(P<0.01)，with higher levels in the observation group(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate was 93.33% in the observation group，higher than 73.33% in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse drug reactions were reported in either group.Conclusion:Modified Dabuyin Pills can effectively improve hormone levels and ovarian blood supply in POI patients with kidney yin deficiency syndrome to promote ovarian function recovery and significantly alleviate TCM symptoms，demonstrating definite therapeutic efficacy. |
