目的:探究数字化失眠症低阻抗意念导入疗法(dTIP-I)治疗失眠的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年12月至2023年6月中国中医科学院广安门医院心理科收治的轻中度失眠患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用线下中医睡眠调控技术,由经过专业培训的研究人员进行治疗,约60 min/次,2次/周,共治疗2周。观察组采用dTIP-I治疗,患者接受线上自助调节,配合使用健康教育课程,约30 min/次,4次/周,共治疗2周。比较2组患者治疗前后失眠严重程度指数量表(ISI)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分变化及有效率。结果:2组患者治疗后及随访与治疗前比较,ISI、PSQI评分组内差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),2组治疗后及随访ISI、PSQI评分组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:dTIP-I可以有效改善轻中度失眠患者的睡眠质量,提高患者睡眠满意度,与线下中医睡眠调控技术疗效相当。 |

To investigate the clinical efficacy of digital low-resistance thought imprint psychotherapy(dTIP-I) in treating insomnia.Methods:Eighty patients with mild to moderate insomnia,admitted to the Department of Psychology of Guang'anmen Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from December 2021 to June 2023,were enrolled and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group according to a random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received offline traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) sleep regulation techniques administered by trained researchers for approximately 60 min per session,twice a week,for a total of two weeks.The observation group underwent dTIP-I therapy,involving online self-regulation combined with a health education program,for about 30 min per session,four times a week,also over two weeks.The severity of insomnia was assessed using the Insomnia Severity Index(ISI) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) before and after treatment,and the efficacy rate was compared between the two groups.Results:The comparisons of ISI and PSQI scores before and after treatment,as well as during follow-up,showed significant intra-group differences(P<0.05).However,there were no significant inter-group differences in ISI and PSQI scores after treatment and follow-up(P>0.05).Conclusion:The dTIP-I effectively improves sleep quality and increases sleep satisfaction in patients with mild to moderate insomnia,demonstrating comparable efficacy to offline TCM sleep regulation techniques. |
