      目的:探讨创伤性脊髓损伤(TSCI)动物模型现状。方法:以创伤性脊髓损伤和动物模型为主题词,在国家知识基础设施数据库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(CSPD)、中文科技期刊数据库(CCD)及Pubmed数据库检索相关实验性期刊文献,分别从实验动物种系、性别、模型激发方式、模型类别、检测指标、阳性对照药使用情况这几个方面对其进行分类排序,统计各自频次和应用占比,建立数据库,分析模型特点、存在的问题及提出建议。结果:在纳入的157篇文献中,使用最多的动物是美国斯泼累格·多雷(SD)雄性大鼠;最常用脊髓打击器冲击作为模型激发方式;造模类别以不完全性脊髓损伤为主;常用甲基泼尼松龙作为阳性药进行尾静脉注射;模型评价主要以运动功能评价、脊髓损伤区细胞形态学、相关细胞因子及蛋白表达作为检测指标。结论:创伤性脊髓损伤动物模型建议选用雄性SD大鼠,利用脊髓打击器冲击复制脊髓不完全性损伤模型,阳性药建议选择目前公认的甲强龙进行尾静脉注射给药,可将运动功能评价、脊髓损伤区细胞形态学、相关细胞因子及蛋白表达作为评价模型成功与否的指标。
English Summary:
      To explore the current status of traumatic spinal cord injury(TSCI) animal models.Methods:Relevant experimental journal articles were retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Academic Journal Database(CSPD),Chinese Sci-tech Journal Database(CCD),and PubMed databases using the keywords “traumatic spinal cord injury” and “animal model”.The articles were categorized and ranked according to factors such as species and sex of experimental animals,model induction methods,model categories,detection indicators,and the use of positive control drugs.The frequency and application proportions of each factor were statistically analyzed,and a database was established to analyze the characteristics of the models,existing issues,and recommendations.Results:Among the 157 articles included,the most commonly used animal was the male Sprague-Dawley(SD) rat.The most frequently used model induction method was spinal cord impact using a spinal cord impactor.The majority of the models were categorized as incomplete spinal cord injury.Methylprednisolone was the most commonly used positive control drug,administered via tail vein injection.The model evaluations primarily focused on motor function,cell morphology of spinal cord injury site,and the expression of relevant cytokines and proteins.Conclusion:For TSCI animal models,it is recommended to use male SD rats and induce incomplete spinal cord injury using a spinal cord impactor.Methylprednisolone is the suggested positive control drug,administered via tail vein injection.Model success can be evaluated using motor function tests,cell morphology of spinal cord injury site,and analysis of relevant cytokines and protein expressions.
