| 抗米勒激素（AMH）水平能够体现卵巢原始卵泡池的状态，是预测卵巢储备功能的可靠标志物，可调控卵泡生长发育，在原始卵泡启动阶段抑制卵泡募集转化，保护卵泡池；在后续初级卵泡周期性募集、选择的过程中，促进优势卵泡发育。肾精，系藏于肾的先、后天之精，和AMH在来源、分布、生命节律及功能上具有一定相似性。“肾藏精主生殖”是《黄帝内经》对人体生殖功能的高度概括，肾中阴阳相互依存、制约，充养冲任胞宫，“肾藏精”是“肾主生殖”功能发挥的前提与基础。在原始卵泡发育阶段，精气藏之于肾，肾中阴精发挥封藏固摄作用；在后续初级卵泡发育阶段，在精气藏于肾的基础上，肾中阳气发挥“主生殖”功能，与AMH调控卵泡生长发育有一定的内在联系。 |

| Anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH) levels reflect the status of the ovarian primordial follicle pool and serve as a reliable marker for predicting ovarian reserve function.AMH regulates follicular growth and development，inhibiting the recruitment and transformation of follicles during the activation of primordial follicles，thereby protecting the follicle pool.In the subsequent stages of primary follicle recruitment and selection，AMH promotes the development of dominant follicles.Kidney essence，which is stored in the kidneys and consists of both congenital and acquired essence，shares certain similarities with AMH in terms of origin，distribution，life rhythms，and function.“Kidney storing essence and governing reproduction” is a key concept from the Huangdi's Internal Classic(Huang Di Nei Jing)，which highlights the kidneys' role in reproductive function.The yin and yang within the kidneys are interdependent and mutually restraining，nourishing the thoroughfare and conception vessels and the uterus.“Kidney storing essence” forms the foundation and prerequisite for the kidneys' role in reproduction.During the development of primordial follicles，the essence is stored in the kidneys and yin essence plays a role in preserving and stabilizing this essence.In the subsequent stages of primary follicle development，based on the essence stored in the kidneys，yang qi in the kidneys plays a crucial role in “governing reproduction”.This function is closely related to AMH in regulating follicular growth and development，indicating an intrinsic connection between AMH and kidney essence in reproductive health. |
