砂仁,作为我国知名的“四大南药”之一,具有化湿开胃、温脾止泻以及理气安胎之效,在临床上常被用于胃肠道疾病的诊治,素有“开脾胃之要药”之称。研究表明,诸如炒制、盐炙法和姜炙法等炮制技术对砂仁的化学成分和药理作用存在显著影响,有效提升其化湿开胃、温脾止泻以及理气安胎等功效。研究成果为砂仁的临床合理应用提供了科学依据,对传统炮制技术的现代化与标准化具有重大意义。 |

Amomi Fructus,one of the well-known “four great southern medicines” in China,has effects such as resolving dampness and promoting appetite,warming the spleen to stop diarrhea,and regulating qi to stabilize the fetus.It is commonly used in the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases and is regarded as an essential drug for regulating the spleen and stomach.Studies have shown that processing techniques such as frying,salt-frying,and ginger-frying have significant effects on the chemical composition and pharmacological actions of Amomi Fructus,effectively enhancing its properties of resolving dampness,promoting appetite,warming the spleen,stopping diarrhea,and regulating qi to stabilize the fetus.These research findings provide scientific evidence for the rational clinical application of Amomi Fructus and have significant implications for the modernization and standardization of traditional processing techniques. |
