| 大黄蛰虫丸出自《金匮要略·血痹虚劳病脉症并治》，由大黄、蛰虫、黄芩、干地黄、水蛭、蛴螬、虻虫、芍药、桃仁、干漆、杏仁、甘草等12味中药组成，是治疗“虚劳干血”的经典名方。大黄蛰虫丸临床应用广泛，可治疗消化科、妇产科、皮肤科、肾病科等多科疾病，多为血瘀证，疗效显著；临床用法种类繁多，但多以中成药丸剂内服联合西医治疗最为常见，服药时间多数为3个月。其药理作用包括抗纤维化、抗肿瘤、抗衰老、调节脂质及性激素代谢等。 |

| Dahuang Zhechong Pills，derived from the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber:Treatment of Blood Obstruction，Consumptive Disease，and Syndrome，consist of 12 Chinese medicinal ingredients:Rhei Radix et Rhizoma，Eupolyphaga Steleophaga，Scutellariae Radix，dried Rehmanniae Radix，Hirudo，Holotrichiae Larva，Tabanus，Paeoniae Radix Alba，Persicae Semen，Toxicodendri Resina，Armeniacae Semen Amarum，and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma.It is a classic prescription for treating “deficiency and blood dryness”.Dahuang Zhechong Pills are widely used in clinical practice，treating diseases in various specialties such as gastroenterology，gynecology，dermatology，and nephrology，often associated with blood stasis syndrome，showing significant therapeutic effects.The clinical usage of this formula is diverse，with the most common practice being the internal administration of this traditional formula in pill form，often combined with Western medicine treatments for a duration of approximately three months.Its pharmacological effects include anti-fibrosis，anti-tumor，anti-aging，and the regulation of lipid and sex hormone metabolism. |
