| 带状疱疹后神经痛是神经内科的一种常见疾病，为带状疱疹最常见的并发症，主要表现为持续或发作性的剧烈疼痛，其病情缠绵难愈，严重影响患者生命质量，且发病机制复杂，治愈难度较大。针药结合，是共同发挥穴位体表刺激的外治作用与药物内部刺激的内治作用的一种治疗方式，治疗带状疱疹后神经痛优势显著，具有疗效确切、运用广泛、安全性高等特点。近年来随着临床推广和各类研究进展的取得，针药结合的形式不断拓展，内涵也逐渐丰富。 |

| Postherpetic neuralgia(PHN) is a common condition in neurology and the most frequent complication of herpes zoster.It is primarily characterized by persistent or paroxysmal severe pain,with a long-lasting and difficult-to-cure course,significantly impacting the quality of life of patients,and its pathogenesis is complex,making it challenging to treat.Acupuncture combined with medicine is a treatment modality that synergistically combines the external therapeutic effect of acupoint stimulation with the internal therapeutic effect of medications.This approach has shown significant advantages in treating PHN,offering definite efficacy,wide applicability,and high safety.In recent years,with clinical promotion and progress in various studies,the form of acupuncture-medicine combination has been continuously expanded,and its connotations have gradually deepened. |
