      对1996年以来有关党参药材中常见病虫害种类、农药残留特征及检测方法研究进行综述,并比较国内外有关党参农药残留限量标准发现,不同产区党参中均存在农药残留检出报道,涉及有机氯类、有机磷类等诸多农药残留,农药残留量整体上符合各国药典标准最低限量,检测方法由早期色谱法发展为现在以色谱质谱联用法为主,相比世界各国药典,我国药典中党参的农药残留限定品种相对较少,仍有待进一步完善。农药残留作为制约我国中药材产业健康发展的重要因素,合理施用农药、完善党参农药登记制度和制定党参农药残留限量标准是解决党参农药残留问题的必要手段。
English Summary:
      In this paper,the kinds of common diseases and insect pests,pesticide residue characteristics,and detection methods of Codonopsis Radix since 1996 were reviewed,and the standards for pesticide residue limit in Codonopsis Radix in China and abroad were compared.The results show that pesticide residues can be detected in Codonopsis Radix from different producing areas,mainly organochlorine pesticides and organophosphorus pesticides.The pesticide residues generally meet the minimum limit of national pharmacopeia.The detection method has developed from the early chromatographic method to the present chromatography-mass spectrometry.Compared with the pharmacopoeia of other countries in the world,the pesticide residue varieties in Codonopsis Radix in Chinese Pharmacopoeia are relatively few and still need to be further improved.Pesticide residue is an important factor restricting the healthy development of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) industry in China.Therefore,the reasonable application of pesticides,improvement of the pesticide registration for Codonopsis Radix,and establishment of a standard for pesticide residue limit in Codonopsis Radix serve as the necessary means to reduce pesticide residues in Codonopsis Radix.
