| 酪氨酸激酶抑制剂（TKIs）相关性腹泻是TKIs治疗期间最常见的不良反应。TKIs相关性腹泻的发生不仅会给患者日常生活造成困扰，而且会影响药物和营养物质的吸收，降低患者生命质量和用药依从性，亦是临床常见导致药物剂量降低，用药时间延迟甚至中断治疗的重要原因。基于中医学“未病先防，已病防变”的基本治疗原则，以及中医药干预TKIs相关性腹泻具有较显著临床疗效的临床实践，专家组通过德尔菲法就TKIs相关性腹泻中医药治疗规范相关问题反复征询、归纳、修改、讨论并形成共识，旨在扩大TKIs可能临床获益人群、推广中医药诊疗措施在TKIs相关性腹泻中的应用，以改善腹泻相关症状、提高抗肿瘤疗效及患者生命质量。 |

| Tyrosine kinase inhibitors(TKIs)-associated diarrhea is the most common adverse reaction during TKIs treatment.The occurrence of TKIs-associated diarrhea not only disrupts patients' daily lives but also affects the absorption of drugs and nutrients，reducing their quality of life and medication adherence.It is also a common clinical reason for dose reduction，medication delays，or even discontinuation.Based on the fundamental principles of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) treatment，i.e.，“preventing disease before its onset and preventing progression after onset”，and the significant clinical efficacy of TCM interventions in managing TKIs-associated diarrhea，an expert panel employed the Delphi method to repeatedly consult，summarize，revise，and discuss key issues related to TCM treatment guidelines for TKIs-associated diarrhea，ultimately reaching a consensus.This consensus aims to expand the potential clinical beneficiary population of TKIs，promote the application of TCM therapies in TKIs-associated diarrhea，alleviate diarrhea-related symptoms，enhance antitumor efficacy，and improve patients' quality of life. |
