当今社会人口老龄化加剧,竞争压力日趋激烈,生物-心理-社会医学模式得到认可,长期负性情绪积累肝疏泄失司已经被证实是轻度认知功能障碍和阿尔茨海默病的危险因素,但其机制尚未阐明。基于国内外相关研究进展,结合临床实践,并提出“情致衰老”假说,即“长期负性情绪积累肝疏泄失司加速脑老化进程”,逐层分析单一负性情绪(愤怒情绪)、多情交织的长期负性情绪积累(复合负性情绪),疏肝解郁法对脑老化进程的影响和作用机制,借助神经心理学量表,神经电生理学-事件相关电位技术,神经影像学-功能性磁共振技术等对科学假说进行论证,为中医临床干预脑老化提供新思路,为中医衰老假说增添新内涵。 |
English Summary: |
With the intensification of population aging and increasing societal competition,the biopsychosocial medical model has gained recognition.Long-term accumulation of negative emotions leading to impaired liver qi regulation has been identified as a risk factor for mild cognitive impairment(MCI) and Alzheimer's disease(AD),though its underlying mechanisms remain unclear.Based on recent research advances and clinical practice,this study proposes the “emotional aging” hypothesis,which suggests that “long-term accumulation of negative emotions and impaired liver qi regulation accelerate brain aging”.This hypothesis is analyzed at multiple levels,including the effects of single negative emotions(e.g.,anger),the accumulation of complex negative emotions over time,and the influence of the liver-soothing and depression-relieving method on brain aging and its mechanisms.The hypothesis is tested using neuropsychological scales,neuroelectrophysiological event-related potential(ERP) techniques,and neuroimaging functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI) technology.This study aims to provide new insights for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) interventions in brain aging and to enrich the theoretical framework of TCM aging hypotheses. |
