The close relationship between the Du Meridian and brain is discussed from three perspectives, i.e.meridian circulation, functions and clinical treatment. It seems the Du Meridian is one of meridians belonging to brain, as also being proven by contemporary empirical studies. The theory of Viscera-state and meridian needs to be further studied to be completed.
