Ulcerative Colitis is an agnogenic and refractory large intestinal disease. As to treatment with Chinese medicine, decoction plus enteroclysis are mainly applied for the cause and symptom. Unfortunately the decoction’s bioavailability is low and enteroclysis administration only reaches colon sigmoideum. The present research group put forward a model of one praeparatum and gastrointestinal double delivery, as a novel way for treatment.
