to investigate therapeutic effect of Blood Nourishing Brain Arousing Granule on patients for chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency (CCCI) as well as its impact on hemorheology and hemodynamics changes.Methods:The treated group was comprised of 56 cases chosen at random from patients with accompany symptom of CCCI. 48 people of no cerebral structural diseases were chosen in the same way to constitute control group. The treated group was given the granule orally. Before and after treatment therapeutic effect was observed together with hemorheology and hemodynamics changes to be compared with the control group.Results:Total effective rate of the treated group reached 94.64%. The hemorheology parameters and Pulsatility Index were distinctively different between two groups prior to treatment (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The differences were not significant after treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion:Blood Nourishing Brain Arousing Granule can markedly improved hemorheology and hemodynamics indices, elevate cerebral circulation, alleviate dizziness and headache for CCCI patients.
