This study illuminated the rich connotation of the concept of treatment before disease onset in detail from the following six aspects: preventing disease by health preserving、attaching importance to the aura、avoiding disease aggravation by treating in the early stage、preventing the disease progression when already being ill、skillfully using the inherit and inhibiting relations、adjusting and controlling the body with a holistic point of view. Also analyzed was the significance of this theory in terms of the clinic guidance.
