To observe the intervention of Mass-Clearing Extraction (per rectum) on hysteromyoma apoptosis of rat model.Methods:hysteromyoma models were established on SD female rats according to Fujii S methods,and randomly divided to 5 groups,ie. The model group,high-dosage,middle-level dosage,low-dosage group of the extraction,the control group (administered on Guizhi Fuling Jiaonang,Cinnamon Twig and Poria Capsule). Estradiol levels were detected by radio-immunity method; pathomorphological changes and expression of Bcl-2,a gene of apoptosis were observed by immune histochemistry methods.Results:high dosage of the extraction can inhibit tumor related accrementition (P<0.01),and bring down estrin level (P<0.01). In the model group there were increased counting of positive cell of Bcl-2,intensified positive signal and more expression of Bcl-2 (P<0.01).Conclusion:Mass-Clearing Extraction can diminish hysteromyoma by inducing apoptosis of hysteromyoma,reducing Bcl-2 positive expression and inhibit hysteromyoma accrementition.
