To observe the clinic effectiveness of Yikang tang for the treatment of immune infertility.Methods:Antisperm antibody (AsAb) levels in serum and in cervical mucus were assessed before and after treatment, increase of pregnancy was recorded after treatment.Results:Besides negative appearance of AsAb in some patients with infertility, Yikang tang promoted pregnancy with the statistically higher effective rate of 52.08% compared with that of the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Yikang tang has satisfactory curative effects on immune infertility.
