Abstract:To research condition of blood circulation in rats with liver depression and spleen deficiency. Methods:To establish such illness model, we placed plastic clip onto rats’ tails to cause fighting, fed food every other day while keeping food in sight during fasting, measured TXB2、6-Keto-PGF1α、calculated ratio of TXB2/6-Keto- PGF1α. Results:Compared with normal rats, the model group had higher ratio of TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α along with an increase in TXB2 (P<0.05), 6-Keto-PGF1αdidn’t change significantly (P>0.05).Conclusion:The disproportionate relationship between TXA2 and PGI2 increase risk of thrombus in rats with liver depression and spleen deficiency, suggesting hampered or stagnant blood circulation.
